              In this analysis of the identity of persons who have committed murder and intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm related to domestic violence, shows that almost 90 % of crimes th committed in an intoxicated state, in more than 6 0 % of cases the crime was preceded by a joint drinking of alcohol suspects and victims ...

              More than 40% of the acts were committed by unemployed people, as a rule, who abuse alcohol, about 20% were brought to justice for offenses at home .

              A significant number of those who, in a fit of hope, decided to write a statement with a complaint, say, against a brawler husband, the next day, after cooling down and thinking, abandon their claims.

              And this is the main mistake! Silence is not a way out of the situation, since it does not solve problems.

Practice shows that on the contrary, convinced of their impunity, brawlers become impudent and commit more serious crimes ... "

“ But the worst thing is the lot of children brought up in dysfunctional families. Accustomed to constant cruelty, growing up, they themselves solve their problems with the help of brute physical force; accustomed to the drunken faces around the city, and they themselves take a glass early ”.
