    Reporting labor conference of PTUO HCI "KRDMO"

    On February 13, 2024, the reporting labor conference of the primary trade union organization of the health care institution “Clinical Maternity Hospital of the Minsk Region” was held. The trade union committee highlighted the work for 2023, in which considerable success was achieved.
    Union membership coverage reached 99.4%.
    During the reporting period, work was actively carried out with young people and strengthening the mentoring system. The tradition of the maternity hospital is to honor newly arrived specialists. In 2023, this event was held in a new format - at the security center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
    Young people are actively involved in mass sports work and the cultural life of the team. Representatives of youth took part in the Intellectual Tournament of the Minsk regional organization BPRZ, as well as in the bowling championship of the Partizansky district of Minsk. In November, a team of young specialists, including intern doctors, participated in a regional table tennis tournament.
    Traditional events were organized: concerts for March 8, Medical Worker's Day, Mother's Day.
    For the year of creation, excursions were organized to the Minsk Metro, Lida Castle, Sulu, and Pinsk.
    By decision of the labor collective, the work of the trade union committee in 2023 was assessed as satisfactory.
    And it is pleasant to note that the work of the trade union members did not go unnoticed by the Minsk regional organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers.

    For active participation in an active primary trade union organization, long-term conscientious work in the healthcare system, the chairman of the primary trade union organization, obstetrician-gynecologist Anna Nikiforovna Zhorova was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Minsk Regional Committee. Thanks were expressed to the epidemiologist Tatyana Viktorovna Tsed.
