On February 2, 2023, the reporting labor conference of the primary trade union organization of the health care institution “Clinical Maternity Hospital of the Minsk Region” was held. The trade union committee highlighted the work for 2022, in which considerable success was achieved.

Union membership coverage went from 97 to 99%.

We actively worked with young people and strengthened the mentoring system.

In March 2022, the trade union committee organized a joint visit to the play “The Wild Hunt of King Stakh” at the Theater for Young Spectators. And vouchers to the Naroch sanatorium for a weekend tour.

In April, our team participated in the intellectual youth trade union tournament of the Minsk regional organization BPRZ. The guys liked the format so much that we took it as the basis for Nurse Day on May 12. The victory in our tournament deservedly went to the team of senior nurses “Superstar”.

Representatives of our youth were elected to the Youth Councils: at the Partisan Association of Trade Unions of Minsk - Alexandra Zhurko, at the Republican Committee of the BPRZ - Svetlana Yakovets.

At the very beginning of autumn, the team of our maternity hospital took part in a regional tourist rally for the prizes of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers, dedicated to the Year of Historical Memory.

The New Year's event was a colorful end to the reporting period. Anesthesiologists, resuscitators, gynecologists, neonatologists, nurses and midwives filled the program with their presentations and creative performances. Young specialists shared not only their impressions and successes in the labor sphere, but also their talents. After each performance by young specialists, Grandfather Frost and Snegurochka presented a gift from the trade union committee.

Among those invited to the conference were: Dreychuk Alexander Aleksandrovich, chairman of the Minsk regional organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers, Malinovsky Viktor Tadeushevich, chairman of the Minsk regional association of trade unions and Kuptsova Svetlana Aleksandrovna, chairman of the Partizansky district association of trade union organizations in Minsk. Each of them spoke about the work of the trade union committee.

By decision of the labor collective, the work of the trade union committee in 2022 was assessed as satisfactory.

And it is pleasant to note that the work of the trade union members did not go unnoticed by the Minsk regional organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers.

For active participation in an active primary trade union organization, long-term conscientious work in the healthcare system, member of the presidium of the Minsk Regional Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Healthcare Workers, chief physician of the healthcare institution “Clinical Maternity Hospital of the Minsk Region” Mosko Pyotr Leonidovich was awarded the “115 years of the trade union” badge.

Also awarded with Certificates of Honor of the Minsk Regional Committee were the chairman of the primary trade union organization, obstetrician-gynecologist (head) of the emergency department Svetlana Anatolyevna Yakovets, deputy chief physician for organizational and methodological work Sergey Romanovich Mazitov and anesthesiologist-resuscitator Chadovich Galina Nikolaevna. The Minsk Regional Committee announced gratitude to the leading accountant Elena Iosifovna Sokol and the HR inspector Anastasia Andreevna Artyukhovskaya.
