About situational assistance at the KRDMO institution
Dear patients!
The administration of the health care institution “Clinical Maternity Hospital of the Minsk Region” informs that in order to create comfortable and safe conditions when visiting physically weakened persons, employees of the institution provide situational assistance.
Situational assistance is assistance provided to a disabled person in order to overcome barriers that prevent him from visiting facilities and receiving necessary services on an equal basis with other citizens.
1. The provision of situational assistance in the antenatal clinic to physically weakened persons is provided by medical receptionists and (or) a nurse from the antenatal clinic who are unable to move and navigate independently, regardless of the provision of the institution.
A physically weakened person accompanying him in order to receive any service or information provided by the institution is recommended to first inform the receptionist by phone (017) 269 72 25, (017) 323 61 64.
2. Providing situational assistance in the emergency department (obstetrics emergency room) is provided by a midwife and (or) an emergency room nurse who is not able to move and navigate independently, regardless of the facilities of the institution.
A physically weakened person or a person accompanying him in order to receive any service or information provided by the institution is advised to inform him in advance by calling (017) 269 72 30 or using the helpline call button located on the front door of the reception room.
3. The provision of situational assistance in the emergency department (gynecology emergency room) is provided by a nurse and (or) an emergency room nurse who is unable to move independently and navigate, regardless of the facilities of the institution.
A physically weakened person or a person accompanying him in order to receive any service or information provided by the institution is recommended to first inform about this by calling the gynecology reception room (017) 269 72 40 or using the helpline call button located on the entrance door of the reception room.
4. Situational assistance is provided after receiving the verbal consent of a physically weakened person.
