The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, together with interested ministries and departments of the Republic of Belarus, is holding a Single Safety Day on September 21, 2023.
On this day, at the Clinical Maternity Hospital of the Minsk Region, together with employees of the Regional Emergency Situations Department of the Partizansky District, training sessions were successfully conducted on evacuating people from buildings in case of fire within the established standards. During classes, maternity hospital staff evacuated patients from the medical building. Also, employees of the Partizansky District Regional Emergency Situations Department trained medical workers at the maternity hospital on the rules of behavior in fire and other emergency situations.
If you hear a fire alarm:
- do not panic;
- leave the premises following evacuation signs;
- call 112;
- choose emergency exits that are located on the opposite side of the smoke, bending down to the floor, covering your breathing organs.
If a fire starts in the workplace:
- don't panic, call 112;
- turn off electrical appliances;
- notify colleagues about the fire;
- If possible, use a fire extinguisher;
- leave the premises.
