1. Documents

As soon as you have received your exchange card, put it together with your passport and - without these documents, do not leave your home anywhere - even to the store. After all, if a woman does not have an exchange card, most likely she will be sent to the observational department (do not forget the referral for hospitalization and a copy of the contract).

2. Clothes

Bathrobe, washable slippers, socks will come in handy immediately upon admission to the hospital. Postpartum panties will come in handy after giving birth. The discharge is so abundant that in the first days, as a rule, ordinary diapers are used, and it is convenient to hold them with such mesh panties. Disposable panties are also suitable for this purpose. When choosing a nightgown, remember that access to the chest should be as easy as possible.
