Information about the fact of a patient's request for medical help and his state of health, information about the presence of a disease, diagnosis, possible methods of providing medical care, risks associated with medical intervention, as well as possible alternatives to the proposed medical intervention, other information, including number of a personal nature obtained when providing a patient with m medical care are medical secrets.
