Obstetric department of pregnancy pathology

The main tasks of the department:

• Reduction of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality due to adequate timely examination, treatment and delivery of pregnant women using modern technologies;
• Providing round-the-clock highly qualified, specialized care for pregnant women;
• Hospitalization and follow-up of pregnant women with obstetric pathology, taking into account the characteristics of the course of pregnancy;
• Prevention, diagnosis and treatment of complications of pregnancy and other comorbidities;
• Ensuring the prevention of recurrence of diseases and a number of complications of pregnancy;
• Preparing pregnant women for childbirth, for natural breastfeeding;
• Medical-psychological, social-legal counseling and psychotherapeutic assistance;
• Provision of practical and educational and methodological assistance to obstetricians-gynecologists trained at the workplace;
• Maintaining accounting and reporting documentation and providing reports on activities related to the implementation of obstetric and gynecological care for women during pregnancy in the prescribed manner.

Therapeutic and diagnostic capabilities of the department:

• Treatment of chronic placental insufficiency, intrauterine growth retardation, preeclampsia, threatening premature birth;
• Consultation of patients by doctors of various profiles;
• Correction of isthmic-cervical insufficiency;
• Fetal condition monitoring: cardiotocography, fetal ultrasound and dopplerometry on expert class devices;
• Conducting ECG for pregnant women - monitoring, ultrasound of the abdominal, thyroid and urinary system, ultrasound of the veins of the upper and lower extremities and brachycephalic arteries;
• Induction of labor according to indications;
• Operative delivery: cesarean section; removal of myomatous nodes; reconstructive surgery for congenital malformations of the genital organs;
• Physiotherapy exercises;
• Acupuncture;
• Activities "Pregnancy";
