According to the approved instructions, vaccination is carried out among persons 18-60 years old, in two stages, with vaccinations at intervals of three weeks. The vaccine is given intramuscularly.

The effectiveness of the Sputnik V vaccine, according to preliminary data, is 91.4%. The vaccine is 100% effective against severe cases of coronavirus infection.
Vaccination of the population is the main and one of the most effective measures for the prevention of airborne infections, including coronavirus infection COVID-19. At the same time, it is necessary to remember to adhere to such preventive measures as wearing a mask, treating hands and observing social distancing.
