Every year our maternity hospital holds a competition among young specialists "The best in profession".

This year 6 participants defended their branches in this competition:

• Ulasevich Anastasia Sergeevna - midwife of the obstetric department of pregnancy pathology;
• Kuel Grazhina Gendrikhovna - nurse of the antenatal clinic;
• Schastnaya Diana Mikhailovna - operating sister of the operational unit;
• Furs Maria Alexandrovna - nurse of the intensive care unit for newborns;
• Shaitor Tatiana Sergeevna - nurse of the Gynecological Department No. 1;
• Danchenko Yana Sergeevna - midwife of the delivery department.

On November 11, the final stage took place - the creative one.

Each participant had to tell about himself and his department in the form of a presentation or video. Furs Maria Alexandrovna stood out from the contestants - together with colleagues from the department they showed a small dance number in anti-plague costumes. At a time like this, it is so important to find moments of humor and fun!

Then the most delicious stage took place - the culinary one. Each participant presented his dish and brought it out for tasting by the jury.

At this holiday, we did not forget about young specialists - we held their celebration in a solemn atmosphere. Everyone received a flash card from the trade union organization. At the moment there are 37 young specialists at the UZ "KRDMO".

After counting the points, the chairman of the jury Tatyana Konstantinovna Basalay, deputy chief physician for medical affairs, together with the chairman of the trade union committee Yakovets Svetlana Anatolyevna and chief nurse Gladiy Galina Mikhailovna awarded the participants of the competition and winners with bouquets and certificates.

And the seats were divided as follows:

1st place - Yana Sergeevna Danchenko,

2nd place - Kuel Grazhina Gendrikhovna,

3rd place - Furs Maria Alexandrovna.

Thanks to the competition, the participants prepared for the upcoming exam for the category, as well as were able to reveal their talents to colleagues at the hospital.
