How the maternity hospital works
Dear mothers, we offer you to take a virtual trip around our maternity hospital so that on the most important day in your life, on the day of your birth, you will be aware of what will happen to you and in which department.
So, the theater begins with a hanger, and childbirth begins with an emergency room!
Here they conduct a survey, issue medical documentation, perform an examination, write a CTG and determine which department the woman should go to next.
Here we take: a passport, an exchange card, a contract for the individual management of childbirth (if it was concluded), things for yourself and the child, and necessarily a good mood for childbirth.
We leave at home: husband (because of COVID-19, partner births are prohibited), relatives (visits are also prohibited), doubts and uncertainty - experienced doctors and midwives will tell and show everything more than once if necessary.
The maternity ward is a place where we welcome little people with joy every day. It consists of a prenatal ward and a delivery room.
In the prenatal period, a woman is during labor until the cervix is fully opened, during labor, a woman can behave actively: walk, stand, sit sometimes and sing, listen to music. CTG is recorded periodically and examined by a doctor.
In the delivery room, after several attempts, your dearest and most beloved person appears. Here you need to work hard, listen to the recommendations of the doctor and midwife.
Postpartum department - mom and baby together.
A joint stay of mother and child is organized in our maternity hospital. The mother's condition is monitored by an obstetrician-gynecologist, a pediatrician for the child.
Also in the maternity hospital there is a department of pregnancy pathology, where pregnant women are hospitalized to monitor their condition and provide timely assistance for complications during pregnancy. Women are also here in preparation for a planned caesarean section.
If you catch a cold on the eve of childbirth or there are other indications for this, your birth will be carried out in the obstetric and observational department.
Easy labor for you!
